When I look at a person that I come across on the streets, I look at the face to see whether this person represents a danger to me or whether I know that person. If he/she is no danger to me, I give a quick glance to the next person and so forth.

I never look at people's feet, socks or shoes because it does not interest me what they wear. They can wear one green and one pink sock for all I care.

So if a man wants to wear white socks, then good for him as I will not notice anyway.
