Depends on how you use your time

If you sit around and worry about it all day and then it's going to be bad

But if you use your time to learn more about you and understand you more then it's a good thing because you'll get a better outcome when you do find somebody

Being lonely isn’t pleasant but it’s by far better then being with someone you’re miserable with. It’s better to wait for the right person then jump into a relationship with anyone who will let you.

Lonely can be bad if not resolved but I just want to make sure that you're not meaning alone. Alone and lonely are not even the same sides of the coin they're so different. But it is both essential, healthy and good for the soul
