That's a very difficult question to answer. There seem to be a whole set of different autistic variants. Generally those people have some difficulties to interact with other people. Interacting requires a lot of energy for them. When an autistic person succeeds in getting involved with a partner, my feeling is they would prefer a relationship because the partner would become familiar, which most likely would give them a feeling of safety.

This doesn't mean some would not prefer a pure materialistic hookup without any sentimental involvement. I have difficulties in agreeing with this scenario, because a person getting horny but living in their own mental bubble would probably prefer a plain masturbation session, rather than bother about the difficulties with another person.

I'm interested in knowing how you feel about this interesting topic.

That's a grey area. I can't give you a simple yes or no answer; It depends on what the guy is like. Some of them have good to moderate social skills and some have poor social skills that affect their behavior in relationships.

Based on my experience they prefer long term relationships. But this may not be true of all guys on the spectrum.

I am autistic myself and I vastly prefer long-term relationships. I want to cuddle, to love and sex is a lot better when you both know each other.
