How did you get over someone? What was the turning point for you or what worked?

First of all the most important part of everything in life you have to love yourself
You have to love yourself so deep that you understand that love is more powerful than anybody else you'll ever love


And by doing this you will have the confidence within yourself to be able to set things free and let them go you have to acknowledge it and set it free

You're stuck on the word breakup that stuck with the word pain and hurt and drama and dysfunction and depressed


But when you love yourself you have the confidence to say okay I'm broke up with this person and it's time for me to move on because I got s*** to take care of I got boys to meet I got happiness to find and being down and out just hold you back from everything in life so acknowledge it let it go understand that it was not meant to be
If you did not learn from it guess what you're going to do it again and again and again and again so love yourself enough to acknowledge that it might happen again but I am badass enough I am tough enough my heart is strong enough that I'm going to get through this because I'm eventually going to find that one person you have to let the past go it's over with there's nothing you can do about it forget it learn from it and keep going forward

When we fall down we can stay down as long as we want just like what you're doing you're going to hold on to those bad moments those good moments forever until you want to let them go look at all the time you've wasted because it's like walking around with a cardboard box over your head and your body saying don't look at me don't touch me because I'm still in pain because of whatever reason

It's time to let it go take the cardboard box off of you and glow be happy have that confidence because that's what brings people to you you're like a magnet then and if you ever felt anybody's energy have you ever became one with somebody you would understand exactly what I mean and you would be so intensely happy right now you would feel my energy I do understand what you're saying take the cardboard box off let that energy flow through your body and go connect with somebody that's what energy's all about in order to have it in order to make it radiate from you you have to be free from all drama dilemma chaos in your life let it go all of it it's over with learn from it start all over today the moment you read this start this moment go look in the mirror and say I am beautiful I am confident and f*** that guy it's done it's over with it's time for me to find another guy

Well damn deep you really know what to do anyway but there's a part of you that just wishes and dreams that it would all come back together and blah blah blah and you have to accept it's not going to and to be honest you don't want it to once you love yourself and open up to the brand new world you're going to have so much excitement and new things happening you wish you would have done it sooner

Yeah. It took me over a year once. Made worse by the fact that I had to see her every day. And she did not give a 💩 what it did to me.
But this was a learning moment. Because any person (man or woman that cares about you at all) will feel bad about rejecting you even if they have to do it. They'll want to minimize your pain. So they will make themselves scace in your life if they realize you're not taking it well.

Did you try to date others to help or did you want to stay single?

At THAT time I tried to date others. But I was dealing with other non relationship issues at that time. And I was looking for some sort of validation that I had value. Because my self esteem was lacking at that time. I wouldn't recommend doing this normally. You should never look for that in a partner. You should ALWAYS be enough by yourself before you try to blend your life with someone else.
