Torn between which girl to take on Disney trip?

So I'm a single guy and bought tickets to Orlando for the parks coming up in a couple of days. The girl I had orignally invited tragically had her mom pass away 3 days ago. She stated because of her emotional state she could not go on the trip. I felt terrible and understood, but having already purchased the tickets I asked another girl to go who agreed.

Then 2 days later, the original girl states she now wants to go again as she is feeling a little better. Having already told girl #2 to go, I'm not sure what to do. I also don't want to feel horrible and possibly crush girl #1 after such a heart breaking passing of her mom.

Any suggestions to now go back with girl #1 or stay with girl #2 ?

Go with the 2nd girl. The first lost her opportunity because she turned you down. Don’t go with her just out of sympathy. She made a bad decision by choosing to not go on the trip, so don’t feel guilted into it.
