How to get a girlfriend when girls don't have confidence to approach men and just play the waiting game and don't go after a relationship which the girls want?

It's not that we don't have confidence to approach men it's that we choose not to approach them. They should have the confidence to approach us.

Why would a guy wast his time going after a girl that waits and does nothing to go after a relationship like the girl wants and also if a girl isn't making a move that indicates no confidence and no self worth and tells guys that girls are intimidated

Give up. I'm 40 I gave up in my 20s. There's really no point to it anymore. Just save money throughout the year and go to the bunny ranch for a week. At least they're honest about not caring about you and only wanting your money.
