Would you date someone who doesn't use the internet?

I think given our needs and wants , our responsibilities professionally and personally etc it would be a challenge for many of this generation to NOT use the internet either directly or indirectly. So therefore unlikely that we would want or need people we were dating to avoid its use

For me personally I would be intrigued as to their reasons but likely dismiss them as more than a little strange for avoiding what can clearly add to your life if used properly

That is a resounding YES! Gaming and the Internet kill relationships, or even more so, doesn't even allow them to start. I mean all gamers want to talk about is their games and skill. Those on the internet all the time may have problems with being social in real life. But, that's just my opinion.

Not using social media... ok, I accept. But not using the internet actually cuts back on productivity nowadays, so I don't know about that. It would be a little suspect.

Absolutely. But I'm not thinking about some absolute refusal to use the internet. More like a minimal presence on social media and a disciplined approach to time spent on the internet.

The current state of the female pool out there... phone addicted queens, social media needy swipers, texting nuts who can't put their phone down for an hour. Those are a huge turnoff for me.

Why wouldn't I? Is that supposed to be a bad thing, now? All 4 of my ex's (except for the most recent) weren't on the net when we were together. I'm the one that introduced my first fiance to the net in the `90's. I don't think it was even invented when I was with my first 3 (June `82 - Aug. 84).

I am married to someone who rarely uses the internet. He watches YouTube music channels sometimes, but apart from that, he is rarely online for any reason.

I mean sure. But if she says around, she’ll be exposed to the internet frequently enough for her to most likely start using it. Then it up to me to teach her about internet safety among other things.
