Do you typically get jealous when your significant other is talking with someone of the opposite sex?

What I have found is that when I'm with somebody I'm with them and I believe in that person I respect that person and I trust that person and if I would ever get jealous it would be because I didn't respect or trust that person so then I have to ask myself then why am I with that person so no I do not get jealous because there's no reason to

Well I've seen a lot of people and guys and girls get jealous because they're insecure first of all they don't believe in their partner they don't believe in themselves they have no confidence and I believe that when they talk to the opposite sex they know how they kind of talk or flirt so they're afraid that's going to happen when their partner does that or they're just totally insecure and not confident whatsoever in themselves so how are they going to have it in their partner

Not having that confidence not believing in your partner not believing in yourself is one of the fastest ways to get a relationship to end it is a destroyer


And here's the funny part about the whole thing is that everything is fine until you see that person talking to the opposite sex

But if you've never seen it you would never question it would you and. Then you would have to never think about it

So what you have to understand is it no matter what no matter what day no matter what time it is no matter what if your partner wants to go out and cheat on you they're going to do it and there's nothing you can do about it and you have to understand that before you even get into the relationship that's why I mean you have to be confident you have to know exactly who you are what you're all about and same with that as a person

You have to remember you can't make somebody love you they either do or they don't
And I would have to say 9 1/2 out of 10 times you know when they don't

But if you have to think about your partner talking with somebody each and every day that's not life that is pure misery and you're doing it to yourself which would end up destroying the relationship anyway

But if you truly know who you are truly love yourself then you don't have time to worry about anything else and you also know that it's the person's going to do it they're going to do it whether you're thinking about it or not

As long as you give your 50%, you're 100% of love to that person each and every day that's honestly all you can do because if it was to end because of them cheating you can say hey I did my part it has nothing to do with you it's something that they did and then you have to make a choice do I forgive or do I walk away is that simple you can't think about something that hasn't happened each and every day it will destroy you destroy the relationship and that is no relationship at all

So when I get into a relationship one of the first things I asked myself are you going to be okay if something happens yes I'm going to be okay it is what it is like I said you can't make somebody love you and they're going to do what they want to do but they usually do that if you cannot give them what they need. And really not even then they will usually do it because they're just sick and tired of you for whatever reason. And if you know that then you can either change or just end it but don't get jealous dude it's a waste of time and energy you're worrying about something that hasn't even happened so get out of your own head because that's what destroys relationships is believing something that you made up in your head and you think it's true so now you have to question her and after a while she's going to get tired of it


So don't get jealous about anything there's no reason to believe in yourself believe in her and make it work and if it doesn't you'll know it and that's when you make a choice you walk away


If you're confident within yourself and you love yourself you have no worries no matter what no matter what direction it goes you're either going to be a good partner or you're going to be a good ex no matter what

Harmless flirting has a way of putting ideas in your head that might lead you to tank your own relationship

my first girlfriend was back in high-school... and the second girlfriend was during college years, so... that's around eight full years of... all of us talking to a lot of people of both sexes

that's absolutely and completely normal to me, not a big deal

I would not. I would also be fine with my girlfriend having platonic friendships with other men. I’d trust her unless given good reason not to.
