Trust your family and friends. Try to date a girl you like and be able to accept what your family and friends tell you. I know my fiancée wasn't trying to use me. How? My parents, my sister, and virtually everyone who has spent enough time with her who is close to me has said the same thing. I get where you're coming from, I have autism too. However, we aren't unique in not being able to tell that we're being used. Neurotypical people have the same issues. My sister did, and she's definitely not on the spectrum. One of the biggest problems that I have with possibly being used is my inheritance. If my parents die at 90 or before, I will have enough money for my wife (currently my fiancée) and I to live comfortably until 90 or so without working ever.

So one thing she said is I don’t have the patience or empathy to be with someone who’s autistic but then she couldn’t explain why 2 year cause we dated 2 years and I was truly frustrated I wasted 2 years of my life with someone who never actually accepted me and was just faking.

I don't think she was faking for 2 years, or all of it. She just decided that she was done and came up with that reason. People are lying if they know you have autism, date you, and then use it as a reason to break up with you.

That’s what frustrating I can see the lies and none of it adds up like abusing someone who treated you great like I was always there for her I even helped her sister
