A guy asked me to be his girlfriend after one date. At the time, I was super into him. We’ve gone on a few more dates and i realize he’s coming on way too strongly, we’ve only been talking two weeks and he keeps repeating how much he loves me over and over

How long have you known each other in total? Only the three weeks you've been dating? If so, that's a red flag.

It's like when someone in a store tries too hard to sell you on one particular product rather than allowing you to take your time.

we knew each other for all of one week and three days lol. when we went on the date, he gave me an edible and then when that kick kicked in, he gave me a pen but didn’t tell me how much was in it and I was in and out of consciousness, but only remember him making out with me and asked me if I wanted to go somewhere private. Nothing happened, but I feel like I knew where he was going with it.

He's coming on too strong, saying "I love you" after only two weeks. Tell him you like him but need to take things slower. If he respects that, great. If he doesn't, end it. Your comfort is key.
