Ladies, if a man took you on a date but ate before you came so you could order whatever you want how would you feel?

Mostly because he didn't have enough for both of you or just you but still showed up with flowers and didn't want you to know he's not rich. I have a feeling most of you will be like well then he shouldn't be dating then. But he did it because he has feelings for you and wants you to eat. A lot of woman are so entitled these days cause money apparently buys happiness.

Let him know you appreciate the gesture, but you'd feel more comfortable splitting the bill or finding a less expensive activity you can both enjoy. See how he reacts - that'll tell you a lot about his intentions and whether this is someone you want to keep dating.

I think it would be nicer if the date was at a restaurant where he could afford to pay for two meals as it might be uncomfortable for the girl to eat alone. If he can't afford that, a simpler date that costs less would be better in my opinion.

I wouldn't eat if the guy wasn't eating along with me. That wouldn't make any sense. The POINT of meeting up at a place with food is to share the moment and also see what the other person's level of manners is.
