What to do if someone schedules a date but doesn’t follow through?

So 2 days before Valentine’s Day someone you’re dating schedules a date for that following Monday but that Wednesday after they said they were looking for showtimes & locations and asked what was near the both of us you then respond back telling them but no response… You didn’t hear from them every since then… so you waited on Monday just to see if they would communicate why they haven’t responded but nothing… So you give it another day & there was nothing… You eventually block them until Friday… Was i wrong for blocking them? I feel like maybe they went out on Valentine’s Day but tried to use scheduling a date with me on Monday just in case it was no plans for them… Maybe they reached out to me while being blocked but there’s still no excuse to no communication at all when we literally just talked on the phone that Wednesday & texted… I should definitely move on though right?

Yes although someday they may reach out. It will be a waste of your time. I have never ever had a woman who really into me fail to communicate. Unless they got hit by a car walk away. And when she messaged you eventually just don't respond. It a waste of time.

I know someday they may reach out but i won’t be able to reach… I‘ve never had any other females do that either… It gotta be cause they were interested in another person not just me alone… But i asked her & when i did she got mad & said she’ll let me know if she’s interested in someone else or like someone else… lol it was all cap tho…

Making her feel bad doesn't do anything other than get mad at you for making her feel bad.

I understand but if they approached me in the first place it shouldn’t be anything to reject… people just lie, have bad communication skills, can’t be honest, & waste people time…

Now there is a SMALL possibly that it was just a series of unfortunate happenings that culminated in them missing every opportunity. But HIGHLY unlikely.

I’d say i did the right thing too cause it’s all about communication & consistency… you don’t just ghost people when things going good without an explanation… i just feel it was someone else & i was right along when i brought it to her attention but since she don’t see that she’s a narcissistic manipulator and got mad at me for feeling like she was interested in someone else & didn’t want me as she said she did i was wrong for expressing it… i left the ball in her court and she messed up too many times

It makes valid sense because they clearly ghosted me & this is a consistent issue with me… But when i was in the hospital for 4 days not knowing that my daughter cut my cellular data off so no one could reach me & i couldn’t reach them i communicated with her letting her know what was going on with me when i finally realized it… she said she was worried & i had her stressed out cause she had been texting me for me not to do it again but she constantly go missing for days without a explanation… that mean it’s someone else

If they stopped contacting you there's no reason to block them -- they don't give a * about you. They WILL NOT contact you. It makes NO sense to block them. Blocking is for people who are contacting you and you don't want them to contact you.

It makes sense cause they definitely keep contacting me so you definitely don’t know what you talking about so your opinion is irrelevant honestly

Why should i be the one to schedule again? I wasn’t the one who scheduled the date in the first place. They should reach out to me honestly because i responded back last but didn’t get no response for 6 days. I think they are actually ghosting me & i definitely should move on. I have planned & scheduled dates so the ball was left in their court.
