If you go to prom with the same person does that mean you like them too?

I’m not talking about friends or best friends because that doesn’t count. My friend want to prom with her guy friend three times! Most of us know he has a HUGE crush on her. He was in LOVE with her. She only saw him a friend but if she only likes him as a friend, then why would she accept going with him? The first time she said they went as friends, she rejected him the second time because she wanted to go with her crush which he kept abandoning her for his friends and left with another girl. She went with her guy friend again because none of the boys wanted to go with her and she got shot down by four guys. She always asked other guys to avoid her guys friend. The third time he invited her since she was no longer a student. Then he invited her to go to the Valentine’s Day dance with him every year but she kept rejecting him. This was after high school.

I told her I think she likes him too because she DID go to prom with him three times. Well the third time he was invited by his close friend who was a grade younger than us and then he invited her. She wondered why other guys didn’t invite her and only him.
I told her she ought of give him a chance. He is CRAZY about her. She said, “Hea fine but I prefer black men since I am a black girl.” I said, “That’s fine but what does that matter. He doesn’t care if you’re black and he’s wife. You got that boy whipped! Plus he admitted that he’s still in love with you and NEVER had a real girlfriend because he is way too much in love with you. He’s a sweet, honest and genuine guy. He may not be good looking and he’s chubby but he’s boyfriend material and I think you really like him too. You’re just too stubborn to admit it!” She said she doesn’t like him that way and high school was so long ago. She said she wants toned and good looking men. No offense to her but most men don’t like fat or heavy women. Some do. She’s tall and chubby like him so it makes sense.
