I don't mean necessarily cruising YOU. I mean have you observed a woman across the room and think ah, she's looking for a fuck tonight. Is it in her body language lol. If a woman is scanning the crowd you gonna think she's cruising? Or just looking for someone?
Do you automatically think a woman out solo is cruising? Or depends?

I mean it can be easy to spot… Especially if someone’s sort of vagrant as in they don’t seem to have any real business going on, dressed a certain way, the way they look at people, etc. I tend to ignore those sorts of people but unfortunately some people will not show their true intentions of just wanting to have sex.

Even when someone could easily get laid… They get bored of causal encounters so they look for a challenge. Including stringing someone along making them feel like they want something more.

But some people also see a woman minding her own business not bothering anyone and just assume she’s there for something she’s not.

If u look directly at the woman then turn away that's the signal your not interested (as opposed to 'shy' glances which we would think you are interested but not sure). If a guy shows he clearly saw you looking and doesn't smile in a welcoming manner or make a move we know it's not mutual attraction.

Of course maybe some women don't take no for an answer. I'm never that forward. I need a clear signal before I'll risk being rejected. Most I might do is touch a guys arm or bicep like it's "innocent" steadying myself as I go past. Then when the guy looks at you he either gives the oh ok and turns away. Or uses that contact to make conversation. Its a winner for sure lol
