Just curious if you think it's a green flag? Red flag? Does it bother you.

I may be out of the age-range that matters here, but for me that's a total green flag. Or maybe that's putting it too strongly. Either way it's a positive. I don't do social media either, for so so many reasons. I would consider it a plus.

I'm curious if younger guys (your age) would think it's weird or somehow a negative.

It just depends I think people who are too absorbed in it and getting validation from it are pathetic. But most people have social media. It doesn’t bother me what matters is who the person is

Minimal social media is a VERY large green flag. That stuff rots the brain.

If she has none at all, then I would need to make sure that she has sufficient alternatives for social connection and isn't isolating herself from the world.

As long as she isn't emotionally retreating within herself, a lack of social media is very positive.

Hmm okay this is where I get insecure as I don't really use social media, Instagram or FB. But I'm also quite introverted and isolated so maybe that's a turn off for guys

The issue isn't being a turn-off. The issue is that humans need a certain minimal level of interaction with others to maintain appropriate mental health.

If you become too disconnected from people, you de-contextualize yourself and start losing a sense of self and purpose.

So just make sure to stay connected with the people who are important in your life, and make new connections where appropriate.

Yes.. I need to try. I had a friend but that ended. Trying to reconnect with an old friend. My other friend from college is terrible at keeping in contact. Just need new friends
