Yeah, we’d been hanging out every week and flirting constantly. I kept waiting and waiting for him to ask me out, but he never did. So I gave up and moved on, started getting to know another guy, and then suddenly the first guy asked me out. I turned him down because I’d already given up on him. It really frustrated me because I’d wasted 6 months waiting on him, and he knew that I really liked him, I told him over and over that I really like him and enjoy his company.
But Im glad I rejected him, because the guy that I started talking to after him, is now my partner of 4 years and we have a baby together ☺️

Nah, but i didn't really start dating guys until recently so any rejections would have been out of lack of interest.

I wouldn't reject a guy because he's shy, but if he didn't make a move I'd either do it myself if i were interested or I would move on because I wouldn't ever be sure he was actually interested in the first place.
