Why do people criticize people for flirting with people now?

So apparently now you can’t just flirt with people anywhere. If dating apps are apparently now the only way to find a partner, have people forgotten how people found partners in the past?

Flirting, by definition means:

"a sexual behavior involving spoken or written communication, as well as body language, by one person to another, to suggest interest in a deeper relationship with the other person".

Now, we all know what is meant under "deeper relationship", right?

That simply means that given the right conditions, the person flirting with the victim of the flirts is only interested in one single thing. Not a long term relationship, not sharing just a coffee or going out to a movie. No. that simply means that the person flirting with the other has no other intentions to get into the pants of the victim of the flirt.

I can honestly say I have never known anyone to use a dating app, and almost every one I know is happily in relationships.

And flirting, well, that is for the more immature folk.
