I honestly don't care for the most part. More times than not it's my height that guys have a problem with. I don't mind being taller than my partners. I'm nearly a foot taller than my wife and I'm the same height as my boyfriend so as you can see, neither need to be taller than me.
A little taller than me I like that and so he still is at least the same height when I wear heels
Does that rule out people in wheel chairs?
I never thought about this case but no
If they're in a wheelchair, do they need to be a little taller sitting down or standing up?
