What types of things do women actually find attractive about men, and what is just a myth?

I am not dating, not looking to date and not having any plans to date and thus, I don't really find anything attractive in men. I am not talking about the physical aspect because that leaves me totally cold (women also by the way).

If I had to date, then there would be obviously a half a million things that I would want a man to be and find attractive. those would include:

- Character
- Intellect
- Personality
- Charisma
- Responsible
- Humor
- Caring
- Open mind
- Being respectful of others, animals and nature
- Not selfish
- Altruism
- Honesty
- Humble
- Generosity
- Simplicity
- Kindness
- Smart
- Empathy
- Positive attitude
- Assertiveness
- Body hygiene

Now I know why I am single because it is (almost) impossible to find someone that fulfills this wish list.
