Honestly, sexual advances are big. It shows she wants me. It's almost always on the guy to initiate when it comes to sex. That can get tiring sometimes and eventually feel like a chore when you know it's always you that has to initiate.

The main thing for me is quality time. Talking and sharing our thoughts on our lives and anything that we're passionate about, interested in, or curious about in intimate settings like a hike through a nature trail or sitting in the tub together. It could even be laying in bed and just sharing everything.

I also appreciate if she gets me stuff spontaneously because she was passing by something and knew I might like it. Like getting me an aloe plant because I like to fill the living space with plants. Or camping gear that she knows I'd love like a long lasting flint. Or getting me a nice duffle bag.

To be honest and genuine are golden gifts to me. It's the sexiest, most romantic thing bc it shows a guy is willing to share what's in his heart.

In this day and age, sincere displays of the old chivalry also register as "romantic" bc it's uncommon for a guy to show that level of good upbringing. But again, it's more about the sincerity of the gesture.

Lastly, the romance is in the little things -- touching your hand, standing closer, speaking softly even in a crowded room so only you can hear it... It's a quiet, humble thing, but meaningful.

Take me out to the desert or up to the mountains to star gaze, Go for a night swim with a picnic dinner beforehand, bring a fruit tray with different kinds of dips and feed the pieces of fruit to each other while on a gondola ride on the bay, dress up and take me to the ballet. Being genuine when complimenting me.
