Search results? I dont get it. Is this something you seriously searched for or are searching for answers to? Why? I have so many questions as you can see. No i have not taken pictures of fresh produce and sent them to friends. Eggplants aren't all that interesting. Sure the color is rather pretty compared to say broccoli or celery but is hardly worthy of taking a picture of it to share. Plus my friends have likely all seen an eggplant before and are not going to be impressed by my text and/or accompanying photo of the vegetable. They are going to think I've gone crazy sending them pics of veggies. There is such a thing as "worthy" of sending a text and this wouldn't be one of them. I keep my veggies in the fridge where they belong.

Eggplants are last year’s veg. Cucumbers are coming back this year though. 🥒

Peeled. That’s the way to go I think. I would never serve an unpeeled one as its extra work and they don’t look as nice.
