Is it a sign/hint or i m probably thinking too much. We are really good school friends [both 23] and live different cities (2hrs) and haven't met since last 3-4 years cause of some career issues and also COVId. And Apparently she is still figuring out her career and hence hasn't shown signs in meeting up And sometimes i m the one who tries to stays in contact since last 1 year. But still when we talk, she becomes too comfortable (see question). I mean how's this possible 😅

The bond that children make when they are still in school is innocent and the fact that she shows you her pictures simply means that she has not yet broken that bond. Don't worry, it will happen sooner or later when she settles down. Then, this bond will slowly vanish and you will most likely never hear of her until the first school reunion in 20+ years from now.
Yes, I do believe that you are thinking too much and hope that there is something deeper. There is not.
I personally do not share a single picture with anyone because those pictures invariably end up on the internet since nobody uses film anymore that needs to be developed. Those pictures are shared through the internet and do leave traces that I don't want to leave. Thus, I never share any of them as I want to remain as anonymous to the world as possible.

No, why? Are you not close to your friends?
Close friends yes it looks like. My mind though it MAY a romantic interest not necessarily as a friendly one.
