Appearance, obviously. Despite what some people like to suggest about themselves, physical attraction is the primary compulsion in every human being with their full faculties, where mating strategy is concerned. It’s a simple fact of evolutionary biology.
I tend to notice height, hair and eyes. A short woman with long hair and kindness in her eyes can wrap me around her little finger faster than i should admit.

I'd like to be the 56th. person to be blocked because I fully disagree with you. In my case, physical attraction plays a minor role if one at all. I don't pay any attention to those trivial things that are attraction, height above the ground, 6 pack, penile attachment and the like.

Well, looks attract me first, just because that's simply the first thing I know about a girl.

However, personality is more important in the long run, and can definitely be the deciding factor in whether I would date somebody, or not.
