Single moms are looked down upon, shamed, blamed but men are never shamed for abandoning their children for single mothers to raise.

Women are shamed for being prostitutes but men are never shamed for visiting prostitutes or having sex at Asian massage parlors

Women are shamed as "gold diggers" for wanting high value rich men but men are never shamed for chasing a woman 15 -40 years younger.

Women are shamed for having high body count but men are never shamed for having high body count. (The psychological damage of sleeping around is the same for both genders. Same risk for getting stds too)

Women are shamed for being bad mothers but men are never shamed for abandoning their children.

Women are shamed for not being housewives but men are never shamed for being incompetent providers.

Women are shamed for not being in shape but men are never shamed for being overweight.

Women are shamed for not spending hours to dress up or put on makeup for dates but men never ever have to dress up for a date

Women are shamed if they choose to have kids on their own without a husband, But why is there nobody criticizing that many men out there who abandon their kids at birth? Don't act like this doesn't exist. It is very common.

Men like to trash women that nobody wants an older woman. But when was the last time you saw a 25 yr old woman , dating a 48 yr old man? almost never. Quite rare and uncommon.

It seems the entire system is just RIGGED against women. Men just to control women as a part of patriarchy.

To address all of your points, single moms aren't always looked down upon, but most men are deterred from helping to raise another man's kid/s. We would ideally prefer to raise our own bloodline. Women don't have this issue. Their kids are always their own blood. Your kids are symbolic of being physically intimate with another man. And a lot of the time, (not always) it's due to women choosing a "bad guy", meaning she chose the bad guy that left her or she left because it became too toxic and expects to settle with a good guy in her later years and after she's already had the kid/s.

I personally look at anyone who involves themselves in prostitution to be rather pathetic, both the women who sell their bodies and the men who pay for it. I can't speak for everyone, but I think many, if not people have the same opinion.

Money is materialistic. It has nothing to do with who you are as a person. Whereas most men would rather date younger women because they have less "experience" with others and because they're usually in physically better shape than in their later years (does not apply to all women). Also, 30+ year old women tend to be more jaded from the relationships they've had with the "bad guys" and tend to hate the majority of men saying stuff like "men are trash" when they're not in relationships at that age. If a 30+ year old woman hasn't had much sexual experience and maintains her physical health and appearance, I can guarantee that many men would still want to be with her.

Again, I don't agree with your point on promiscuity. I don't think either men or women should be promiscuous. People should be with others who have around the same level of sexual experience as themselves. But if we're being honest here, it's MUCH MUCH easier for women to get laid than men. That's part of the reason why men are celebrated by SOME of the more toxic male community. Because it's an actual challenge. If a girl wants, she can hit any club and probably get laid that same night. It's not the same for men.

On your note of "Women are shamed for being bad mothers but men are never shamed for abandoning their children.", this is utter nonsense. There's a reason men like that are called "bums." They're literally shamed by everyone around them. They aren't fathers. They're failures. And it doesn't apply to all men. Good men will and do fight to be in their kids lives. It's usually the mothers that prevent it from happening due to immaturity and thinking selfishly and not what's best for their kids.

In what society are you living in where women are shamed for not being housewives? What year are you living in? The majority of women in society are working, and most family dynamics are of both partners working to help provide. Most men do not complain about this, especially when it's needed. If anything, it's appreciated. We would be happy to provide if we have the means, but if we don't, we appreciate the help. And don't you think that being called an "incompetent provider" has much more pressure than what a woman has to deal with?

What are you talking about when it comes to being shamed for not being in shape? Society has made it no one can shame women about being obese, whereas men on the other hand are straight with each other and tell each other that we're fat and should lose some weight or put on some muscle. I've told my friend he has to lose his man tits once and he's told me I could use some bulking many times. We're not soft like women that think everything regarding their weight and age is a shot at them. Just hit the damn gym and stop being lazy.

When was the last time you heard a man say, "I wish you used more makeup and took longer to get ready." Literally said no man ever. We don't want women to put all that shit on their faces. That's all on women. We'd be happy if you take a shower, put a dress on, and brush your hair, the same as us.

Women wanting kids of their own without a husband are shamed because you literally need a man somewhere in the equation for that to happen, and if you make that decision, you're purposely depriving your kids of a father figure, which is not healthy for them and selfish. And as I mentioned before, men who abandon their kids are looked down on in society and called bums.

And to address your last point... this society is FAR from a patriarchy nowadays. I seriously don't know what world you're living in, but it certainly isn't the one I'm living in.

Nope, this question is highly bias and ignores all the struggles guy go through as well. In my country I say the cons and pros are pretty even, if you obviously go to India or some Muslim country then it's more con for women. But in my country it's pretty even, men are shamed too for many things including stuff on here your saying they aren't shamed for... Man are always shamed for abandoning their kid to the point characters in shows it's typically always the father who's the deadbeat.

Guess what? Men are shamed for a lot of things too by society. If a man cries he’s weak but if he doesn’t cry he’s emotionless. People judge people no matter what you do.

You’re shamed for wanting a career and shamed for wanting to stay home. It’s America. Find the path that works for you. Most people shaming others are simply unhappy with their lives and taking it out on people around them.

You can never make everyone happy. Society has nasty members… So you can’t win if you’re trying to make everyone happy.

Women are encouraged to live however they want to live, the only time they get "shamed" is when they demand a traditional man who protects and provide while they don't clean and don't even know how to cook.

Men HAVE to provide or they aren't respected & and this is the main reasono women are often given custody of the kids because men working overwhelmingly more than women is seen as being an unfit parent. Men can't win.

Women wouldn't last a week if they were treated how men are treated.
