How to date in university when ugly?

I’m a black girl in a pretty big and known city. It’s pretty open here and I’ll go in a big and rich people university. Since I never had a boyfriend I’m worried my look will be a predicament and I would like to have tips that could help me overcome that. I’ve been called ugly multiple times in my life and I look masculine. No guy have ever been interested in me. Are dating tips enough or should I give up on dating? (by the way I workout, eat healthy, go out, makeup, etc)

This is going to sound crazy to you, because most women think looks are EVERYTHING and that all problems can be solved with a new outfit, new accessory, or some upscale makeup. That's not how MEN think, though.

Here are two simple concepts that will VASTLY improve your chances:

1. Strongly embrace femininity. Men are attracted to women who are all-natural, who are soft-looking, and who are feminine. Speak softly and sweetly. Focus on feminine things. Avoid conflicts and arguments (which does NOT mean you can't stand up for yourself or set boundaries, but do so in a FEMININE way). Grow your hair out longer (as opposed to short cuts), wear skirts and dresses, and focus on being feminine.

2. Recalibrate your personality, and especially your morals and values. Men value a woman's personality a lot higher than you realize, and your morals and values also matter a lot more than your friends, your school, and the media will suggest. Most men have relatively traditional, fairly conservative values, and they look for those things in the women who they hope to take seriously as a relationship partner.

Your feminist friends will HATE this advice because it completely goes against their agenda, but most of them are just going to get ran through by men, and will end up alone and miserable. They'll totally support you if you follow their path, but they won't be there when you eventually crash out, because they aren't really your friends. It's just that misery loves company. But if you find a solid man with good morals and values, and you can appeal to him, you'll do great and you'll be far more likely to be happy.

Would it not be wiser to refrain from dating while studying?

Why do you want to divert your attention to something that is not important for your degree? Do you really want to be a dropout because you set the wrong priorities in your life?

You can think about dating once you have your degree in your pocket and that you can afford to fail. When you are studying, you can never afford to fail. Never!

Diverting your attention to unimportant things will have one negative consequence. All the attention you place on your studies will be split between 2 activities, studying and dating and that is the best way to fail your final exams.

Be wise and wait till you are finished with university.

A dropout? If I go to uni it’s because I can set my priorities. Wanting to dye dosent mean I want to fail, and anyway I won’t date someone who will make me fail lol

Dating means diverting your attention to things that are totally unimportant. That energy that you would need to succeed is wasted on dates.
