I'm concerned about safe places and also how to prevent from going further if I'm uncomfortable with something. To be more specific, should I let him touch me ( b00bs) when we are together. He seems interested in that. Is that okay? I don't wanna push him away either, but I don't wanna go further.

You can do whatever you feel comfortable with, including letting him touch your breasts, and most importantly, you shouldn't hesitate to say "no" if you feel like things are going too far.

That can be difficult with emotions and hormones going crazy, but just remember there's absolutely no shame in asking him to stop if you want him to, even if he wants to keep going.

As far as safe places, anywhere private should be fine. I'm not sure what your home situation is like, with parents & schedules, but if you can do it somewhere you feel safe & comfortable, then so much the better.

I would advise against taking any photos, or video, at the moment.

Your profile says you are under 18. Assuming that's true, then nude photos of you would technically be illegal, and could lead to problems if he were caught with them.

It's better to stay safe, and save that until you're a little bit older, just in case.
