I just wondered if things are still like the past. Are you still looking to date one type of girl and marry another or are they both the same?

First there’s superficial attraction.
If that’s all she has to offer she won’t make it past the casual stage.


Then there’s the deeper connection.
That means she might become someone I wanna see and get to know even more


Then we reach wifey territory.
Once she’s already made it this far and I see in her everything I ever wanted to see in a person
I could wake up by her side forever, yada yada yada.
Only the does marriage even enter the conversation.


It’s a tedious process and it eliminates tons of candidates but I’ve seen too many people jump in with both feet into the belly of the beast

No guy serious about getting married is ever looking to date one type of woman an marry another. Having said that, not every woman is wife material. And since the women who aren't wife material won't say that a guy has to take his time properly vetting her. Through that process he's likely to have a whole lot more failures than success.
