I’m on a road trip with my boyfriend and two of his friends, we all work together. I thought things were good with my boyfriend and I. As we drove into a different city we drove past a popular strip club and his friends wanted to go. My boyfriend laughed saying they’d all struggle getting up because they’d be so hard. This hurt me so much because I think strip clubs are 100% cheating. I can’t even look at another man let alone get turned on by someone other than my boyfriend.
My heart just feels completely broken and like he emotionally cheats on me. How often does he look at another woman while I’m there and when I’m not and he thinks lustfully of her…
I feel sick and absolutely heartbroken. Why do men do this? Why can one girl not be enough?

Men are more able to separate emotional and physical appeal from each other than many women. Your confidence in the relationship seems to be fragile which is not a criticism of you or a weakness, it's a sign of the times when people have a world view that has been influenced by romantic notions fed to them as they grow up of what relationships should be like. Self love should be something you could work on and realise that the negative energy you are exuding is perhaps being picked up by your boyfriend and he may be put off by this as it's not necessarily unhealthy to appreciate others beauty and the stress you sense from this would make this superficial behaviour become an issue. IF you really can't accept this behaviour from a man in a relationship with you, you can always get out and seek someone who shares the same value BUT I would say this would be someone who is likely blind or some other peculiar singular vision outlook who would be going largely against human nature.

It is foolish to think men should not want to look at beautiful women. Just like you like watching romance movies with your favorite movie stars, men go to strip clubs for entertainment. They are not going to fuck the strippers just as your are not going to fuck the movie stars.

Naturally, your boyfriend is going to look at nude and scanty dressed beautiful women. However, he chose you, because you are available. He knows from experience that beautiful women are not available to him. Therefore, he will look but never approach. He knows you are the best he can have. Therefore, he will not risk loosing you to fuck a fat girl or other less attractive girl. Don't be concerned about girls more attractive than you because they are not available to him. If they were, he would have one instead of you.

He may look, but he can't have this girl and he know it.

I don’t believe this is love at all. My stepdad doesn’t even look at other women and have even told off other women for coming near him when he’s married and loves my mom. He’s even told other women’s that my mom is twice the women they all would ever be. He doesn’t even look at other women in lustful ways and my brother is the same. Both men in my life have said they feel so bad for me for the future with men. It’s find to say someone attractive but to look lustfully is the line. Strip clubs are cheating for me. Emotional cheating is real. Looking at others lustfully is cheating. Porn, strip clubs, looking lustfully at others, all of that is cheating. I also don’t want to be just the best he can get that’s why he’s with me, that’s just settling and will end in cheating.

Never in my life while dating have I looked at another many lustfully. It’s incredibly disrespectful and again, cheating. I can’t understand why he won’t only look ay me, why I’m not enough when he’s enough for me. I believe if you’re looking then what you have is not enough and you should rather look for what you’re wanting. If men are wanting these super hot women and can’t stop looking then they should be single and do it. Not date and lust over other people

So no I wouldn’t say it’s foolish, it’s self respect. When men with girlfriends look at me, I give those men NASTY looks. Their girlfriends always look so hurt and visibly bothered

You should know about your stepdad and brother because you live with them. However, I believe you are mistaken. Even if not, expecting to find and have a relationship with such a rare man is not realistic.

I feel like society has just made porn so normalised and it’s really messed with peoples heads. There’s just no respect, no loyalty, no love, no monogamy… because you can’t call a relationship monogamous if you’re orgasming over someone else other than the person you’re with. I physically cannot even think of another person sexually or lust over anyone while dating, it isn’t right nor is this normal or healthy to think cheating/lusting over others is fine.
