I keep seeing videos about this and I’m curious to know why. If you go on a blind date, why do you think it’s acceptable to bring multiple friends or family with you on the blind date and expect the guy to pay for everyone you brought? Or without telling the guy, order food for whoever at home? Then you get all pissy & mad because he refuses to pay. I know not all women do this but I’m wondering for the ones that do; why? Curious to know your thoughts on this.

I have never been on a blind date. It is likely a safety thing. I have never heard of someone requiring them to pay for a bunch of people, ever.
If it's a safety thing (justifiable), make it an informal "date" have him meet you at a place where you're hanging out with friends. He can join in and put only your drinks on his tab. You guys can break away from the herd for a while if you want to talk privately. Or go from there to dinner somewhere. Do that a few times at the beginning. See how he handles himself in social situations with a bunch of different people. No guarantees of safety but not blind date risks either.
