Actually yes, when I was in my early teens I "took over" my friend's girlfriend. I really don't know how it all happened but my friend was never upset over it. I run into him occasionally and over all of these many years he never expressed any negative emotion over it.

It really didn't take much effort on my part. I was younger, attractive, charming, and funny, according to them. They had issues in their relationships, and I was a good listener.

Knowingly while they are still involved? No. Has it happened unknowingly? A couple times. This holds true with women claiming to be “divorced” too. Who later come clean that they are only “separated” but not a court separation. At least that is the story that later follows. Women are sneaky too. Dating has taught me this far to often.
