It's quite on the improbable side, for women in my age range lol.

If I go all the way to the 20s, it's much more likely to happen. So if I was to answer from the perspective of an old me from 2000 then... Yeah, maybe I liked the style somewhat? Though they were probably too bold, in my perceptions, so I wouldn't approach?

Attractive is attractive. That she happens to ride a skateboard is incidental. Granted, I will admit that women who surf tend to catch my attention. Archers, and cyclist too.
