Playing with fire?

Last week I moved into my first apartment. My landlord is a nice Indian woman living with her daughter around my age. Ever since I moved in the daughter has been flirty with me and I am cautious. I am a white American guy and they recently came from India. I know there are culture differences. I believe my landlord wants her daughter to date me but I’m not 100%, like 90%. Should I stay away?
