Depends on the guy, really.

Some guys are leg guys, so they'll comment on that. Some guys are into eyes or neck or whatever... Whatever draws their eye first is basically what they'll compliment.

Then some guys will be more polite about it and compliment the outfit or something funny that you say, showing they're attracted to your style, humor or personality.

Meh... I don't know about that. Perhaps the guy who consistently compliments both "loves" all of me. That would be nice. But we know guys don't work that way. At least not to the point that they'll admit it openly and pursue a woman in a serious way. So I take the compliments with a grain of salt, say thank you and let the moment pass.
