I'd go back to different time periods.

I'd go back to tell my 3 yr old self to stop picking your nose.

8 yr old self: I'd share kind words with and let him know what a good kid he is and help him be strong enough to understand he isn't wrong. (Personal story)

13 yr old self: I'd tell him not to worry you're going to grow 9 inches taller in the next few years lol.

16 yr old self: Ask her out don't be scared. Nothing is wrong with you and anyone would be lucky to be someone so kind. Worst case she says no and that's ok too.

19 yr old self: You're working hard and it doesn't feel like it will pay off. It will but get the house at 25 years old. It's only going to get more and more unattainable if you keep waiting to make more money

24 yr old self: remind myself again about what I said to do at 19

35 yr old self: Don't feel guilty over how Dad treated you. You didn't do anything wrong

Currently at 45... I could use another visit.

Stop being a bitch. Everything you want is on the other side of fear. No one cares about you, and everyone forgets about you soon after you die, so why live your life for others? Oh and girls? Don't bother with them. Just focus on you and doing things you love. You'll eventually come across the girl meant for you and it'll feel "just right".

Depends on how young we’re talking.. I wouldn’t interact with myself under the age of 18. I’d be wasting my time. However, I’d say to my 18 year old self, that you won’t die from this illness and things will be so, so much better soon. You’ll kick your addictions, you’ll recover from your health problems, you’ll have kids and you’ll go to university.
