Loooong time responses from girl?

Situation looks like that:
We work in same workplace. She caught my attention at first, so I started texting her. Then out of nowhere she started acting with her questions and answers like she is interested into me. She asked me if I would like to go with her to cinema, outside job we had few really long phone conversations. But the problem is she sometimes replies almost instantly, but other times she leaves me on seen and does not text back for loooong hours up to days. I dont want to spam her messages to make her answer me and look obssesed about her. I just like her and umm. I don’t know. I wasn't really in relationships for long time I dont know if its normal or should I give up. Sorry for my English ;) and thanks for advices.

It sounds like she is interested if she asked you to the cinema and spends hours talking with you, so I would not give up just because her texting is inconsistent. Some people are simply bad at replying or take space sometimes, especially early on. Keep matching her energy, do not spam messages, and focus more on how she acts toward you in real life than on reply times.

Maybe I used wrong words. We work in same place but its like sometimes we walk by eachother one time a month, not like sitting face to face for 8 hours straight.
