It was my second date with the woman who is now my wife. She was nervous on our firstl date and rushed away when I walked her to her car at the end of the first date. The second date was more relaxed but, when I walked her to her car, she again jumped into the driver's seat and closed the door like she was ready to leave. I opened her car door, leaned in and quietly said, "You forgot something," and then I kissed her. And that's when I knew that she was The One.
Yeah, a day on a mountain covered in snow with a woman who skied fearlessly. Dinner in front of a roaring fire. And a night between the sheets.
Actually technically 3 days.
