It's cause yes us guys find girls like that cute. Though note she's never fat. Same way I eat whatever unhealthily but never gain weight we kinda do want that in a girl even though it's more unrealistic.

I would never say it like that 😂, but I do find it attractive. So many girls I have known either starved themselves or have stomach issues which causes a low appetite. Either way, they ate a little amount.

One girl I dated did not and it was very refreshing to say. Of course I would never call it out because I know a girl would take it the wrong way, but it was nice to see.
