What’s the best way to get a match on a dating app?

I have reasonably good pics up, well made bio, but maybe where I’m going wrong is the comments I leave when I like someone’s photo or profile blurb? Sometimes I’m direct, like “hey, I’d really like to meet you” other times I keep it light and fun, or I’ll do some combination of the two with a nice compliment with an emoji.

I also think these apps are keeping me suppressed making me spend more money to be more visible to the people I like… it’s turning out to be very scammy.

Half the women on dating apps aren't even women. Of the other half, 95% of them do want to date anybody except the rare unicorn that they will NEVER meet on a dating app. But that doesn't mean you cannot meet a woman on a dating app because there is still that 5%. I just want you to understand what your up against to start with.

Don't beat yourself up about any lack of success thus far. There are certain online dating rules that'll maximize your success that I've cleaned over time.

1. Never message them first. You're wasting your time. If she really wants to know you she WILL message you.

2. Your pics are PARAMOUNT. And when I say paramount I do mean that. But that doesn't mean you need to look like a male model (far from it). In fact that would just attract trash. You ever hear the old saying "a picture is worth a thousand words"? No words were ever truer than right here. You have to understand the story that your pics tell. If they're all selfies it says, "I have no friends and I could possibly be a serial killer". I recommend you have one of you friends take pics of you next time you're out with your boys at a party, at a baseball game, hiking, camping trips. So as many sides of your personality as you can. Also post a Pic of you in a suit (maybe at a wedding, unless it's yours😆) just so she knows you own a suit and are capable of wearing it.

3. Leave you bio blank! I'm not kidding. Women are HIGHLY judgmental. The only thing you'll do by saying ANYTHING is give her reasons to rule you out. Women spend most of thier lives in a fantasy world in their own heads. Trust me when I tell you your pics are ENOUGH. Let the goblins in her head look at the pics and write the story about you. I promise you what she comes up with will far more interesting to her than anything you'll write.

Keep in mind this I advice to get more matches. Once you actually talk to here you're on your own. Just remember your mouth is your enemy. Answer her questions but don't give her more information than she asks for. Your just giving her ammo. To shoot you down. Maybe you're a bad choice for her, but let her make that mistake and regret it. Don't do it for her.

And my final piece of advice is. Take most of what these women say to you with a grain of salt. And chase most of what they'll give you with a shot of penicillin. Women on dating apps are rife with STD's protect yourself man.

First photo should be something like a portrait shot with a clear image of your face. Second image should be of you doing an activity to show you actually have a life. Whether you're at a beach, at a cafe reading a book, or playing a sport... you name it. It's also okay to be shirtless if you're doing an activity because it shows you're not a poser. Third shot should be of you and friends or family to show you have a social life. You could also blur their faces for added privacy out of consideration for them. Anything after that is a bonus. Women love a man with a dog, so if you have one, ass a pic of that.

In your profile description, keep it light hearted and positive. Nothing to do with your red flags or red flags you have for others. Crack a joke, show your personality and share your hobbies and interests.

Lastly, women look at lot at the kind of job you have and whether you have stable income. If you work and have your own place, you're already ahead of the majority of guys. And that's it!

That's exactly what they do. They won't give you your messages or notifications until u upgrade to the most expensive package. I don't trust anything like those apps. You should never have to pay money for a date. So go out to bars, or church functions or whatever you are into. Your better meeting someone there and it's free. Unless you meet a golddigger then she ain't worth your time anyways.

Do you have a trusted female friend who could read your profile and some of your interactions for the purpose of giving you some feedback? You might be surprised at the perception of the opposite sex when they read your profile.

Be honest. Women appreciate honesty. Having said that, emphasize your best points in your pictures and profile text. That worked for me.

People 'date' on the likes of instagram these days. So if you're socially normal, take pics of yourself all the time, I think you'll just do fine on that.

by drastically lowering your standards. like you do get matches. everyone does. but we tend to dismiss these matches cause they're like morbidly obese when you're not or they're 10 years older than you so yeah. you do get matches but not good ones cause good parters probably don't need dating apps.
