My partner & father to our son of 9 years has an instagram he follows family members and a couple of normal females who also follow him back but he doesn’t follow me he doesn’t post anything has an older profile pic of his younger fit self. There is nothing about our son nor me many can say he’s single with no responsibilities.

Why are you upset over not being shown off on essentially a dead page? It’s one thing if he’s super active on social media, but you said yourself tthat he doesn’t post anything, he hasn’t even updated his profile picture. This just sounds like a case of you being insecure or wanting to feel some sort of advancements in the relationship and I don’t blame you; 9 years and no ring would make me side eye him as well. Assuming you two believe in marriage or even care about it of course, I know everyone’s different.
