Where can I meet girls my age group (20-28 )?

So I want to get into cold approaching girls and making small talk because while I have an active social life, I'm not interested in the girls in my social circle.

However, it seems like everyone is so busy nowadays. Free time seems to be spent at home, and door-to-door flirting sounds horribly awkward as well as patently ridiculous.

But meeting girls when they're busy (ie at their job or doing errands) seems like a bad idea too. So where can I meet girls when it's an okay time to talk?

Let's rule out some obvious answers though.
I'm unwilling to go to:
1. University campuses. (I haven't been interested in girls who like university culture, even when I was a student)
2. Bars (I don't drink and drinking is a red flag for me)
3. Clubs (drinking and party culture is a red flag)
4. Dating apps (they're just fake accounts and only make money from keeping you unhappily single)

But where else is there?

Geez man. Why is drinking a red flag for you? Does it make the person stupid or a bad person? Bars may have some questionable characters, but people go there to loosen up, socialize and have a good time.

And dating apps can definitely be depressing, but I don't think you should rule them out entirely. My mom found her partner of 18 years on a dating app. And my brother met his wife on Tinder 8 years ago. There are also tons of other success stories from dating apps. Lots of people use it, and while there are definitely fake accounts and dating apps are pretty money hungry, a lot of people are just looking for love in any way they can, so there are definitely lots of real people.

As for other places... go wherever you're passionate about going to. You'll meet people with similar interests and can use that as a conversation starter. Just learn how to approach women in any scenario.

I'm not terribly against other people drinking, but I medically can't drink and I'm extremely conservative, so drinking culture seems vain and nasty to me. So I just don't like it. If you like it, no biggie, but I don't really want to have children with you 🤷‍♂️

I've tried dating apps before and just had no success. They also seem like a scam with the constant pay-to-win features and fake accounts. But it's more about loving the process of meeting in person and having that chemistry. That doesn't shine through online.

You could try and take a course at night at a college. Everyone is older and not really into the college culture. I went to college at night. i was married at the time but there were plenty of datable women in my classes. Most seem to have their act together too.

Church/Temple (whatever your denomination).

I don't like college girls, drinking girls, party freaks, and scam lazy dating apps. I won't force myself to date them, so I'm looking somewhere else.

getting picky is not the way

for you to say that every college girl, every girl at a bar... or a party, or dating online are exactly the same is the biggest sign that you're clueless about women in general, so...

I didn't say they're all the same. I said I don't like them. I'm looking for a very conservative girl who is at least open to being a stay at home mom. That persona is at best rare at bars, clubs, and universities, so those are a waste of time for me. My current social life with church occasional christian conferences has a better population of those girls, and I don't need to mingle for 30 hours before finding an okay match.

So adding university prowling, or bar frequenting would just waste my time for a miniscule improvement in my chances if finding a compatible girl.

Not everyone lives a happy life with the girls that meet your standards dude. A bit of a wait is better than a contentious wife.

Any ideas of some that will be predominantly members in their 20s? Where do you spend your freetime aside from on the internet at home? That might help generate ideas

I'm currently involved with my church, very involved in local politics, and do weightlifting at LA Fitness, so I'm doing a fair bit there I think.

I won't be much help. I am on a huge campus and spend most of my time on campus, which is not something you are looking for.

I am just taking a stab at that being a potential place to meet new people. Have to check around your local area.

I've been single me whole life in large part because I was pretty sheltered in my younger years and had a medical disaster 10 years ago. I did have a bit of a situationship in 2021 though.
