What does he mean by He’s not sure?

There’s this guy that I have been talking to for 10 months. We have talked on the phone consistently almost every day sometimes multiple times a day and sometimes texted but mostly talked on the phone. I Recently said to him that there is no point in us pursuing a relationship if he is going to move away and he said he’s not sure and that’s all he’s going to say. What do you think he Meant by, he’s not sure based on what I said to him?

Probably meant that he wasn't sure if he agreed with you that it was pointless to pursue the relationship. He may want to even if he is moving
