So, with this guy we've been flirting for like 3 weeks (its erasmus) and he skipped class to help me find my wallet, hugs me, texts me about his presentations, sends pics, and we always tease each other a lot. He also buys me stuff all the time and cares about me as our friends say. At this point our friends were waiting for us to have smth more, like fans lol. Saturday at the club we kissed more than once and we were laughing and dancing together. But on Sunday he didn't text me as he was used to. And Monday he wanted to talk. We talked and he said that he loved to hang out with me, he loved our fights and that we vibed a lot together and he wanted to stay close friends. I told him that I liked him for a while now and that for me the kiss was quite normal. The conversation ended very quickly and we changed subject. After talking to my girl friends they told me that I needed a clear answser bc i can't stay close friends with him if we flirt all the time.
So I asked him to talk again and told him that I needed to now if YES or NO he liked me. If its yes we can stay close friends but if it's no I'll put some distance because i can't flirt with him while having feelings because I would still expect smth. And he took a long time to answer and sad: Hm... You know I don't see you that way... I treat you like Maria (one of his friends). The problem is that I felt like there was something more behind those words. Maria told me that he cares about me she can clearly see it and no he doesn't treat her the same way he treated me. I chose to believe him and move on.
But today we saw each other in class, and when I talked to the teacher he grabbed his stuff and left class 1H earlier. I don't get him, I'm crying a lot bc it hurts like hell. I know i wasn't the only one to feel smth but still... i will move on...
