I want to know a true story on guys who he thought she wasn't his type, she liked him first, he fell in love with her due to her personality

That would depend on the guy for sure. It is possible that for some men this is true. It would also depend on the ego/self respect of the man. If a man has lot of self respect or if he is very egoistic then I don't think he would even consider being with the woman in any relationship whatsoever.

However, if the guy is very grounded, very sweet and humble then it is possible that he can consider being with the same woman who was not interested in him earlier.

As for me, I have lot of self respect (not ego) and so if any woman who was not interested in me earlier for any reason whatsoever then I will never even consider the possibility of being in any relation with that woman ( not even friendship). I will just live my life.
