Is it really a big red flag if someone has 0 friends?

It could be, but not necessarily is. What is a friend anyhow? Some people are just more sociable than others. And as you get older life's responsibilities intrude on friendships. Kids and marriages take precedence over friendships. It's not personal, it's just the natural progression of life. Then when you hit a certain age you start noticing friends dying. I'm not that old, but I have noticed as of late more people I know passing on. It's reminder that some people are only meant to be in your life for a short time. And to enjoy the moment while it is here. Because tomorrow the moment could be gone

I don't think so. It could be, but a lot of people just do need significant friends. I have no friends in my real like that I interact with except people online. I work at home now and far (over 1000 miles) from where I used to work, so those work friends are only online now... However, I am married and, better, I have 6 dogs, 5 sheep, and a cat, so my home has a total of 14 beings that I am responsible for keeping alive. I don't have time for friends.

A few friends is good, but 0 yes especially over 25. Humans are social creatures at the end of the day. If you have 0 friends it's very telling about yourself as a person that either you can't tolerate people or they can't tolerate you.

Unless the person is very very shy or a complete introvert it is kind of weird. I would see how his ties are with his family or if there was any childhood trauma/sexual abuse etc. Is he your boyfriend? New to dating, relationships, sex?
