Why do people have double standards for racial preferences towards South Asian or black women?

They claim not to be racist for not finding them attractive ( fair enough) but are the first ones to judge other's for finding them attractive with the reason being that they are south Asian or black women, doesn't that just mean they are indeed racist ( if that is a bad thing) ?

Everyone is at least a little bit racist. Like there are preferences that are physical and behavioral as well. Not all fit the stereotypes, but when 85% of that population tends to do the same crimes or has physical features that are not found attractive, you're going to naturally generalize unless you're trying to be ultra woke or something. Even the woke has preferences though, ignoring your instincts is just dumb.
