Is it fair to end things if he’s flaky and won’t commit to real plans?

So we’ve got 4th date on Monday or Wednesday, he asked me out but he still hasn’t confirmed it exactly when.

And today he seems to be at home and is texting me from there, even though he said he wasn’t sure if he would be available or not on Saturday. I guess he has other plans for the evening.

I don’t really feel like feeling like an afterthought.

I don’t usually go on any further dates if I don’t see the connection, so me going past 2 dates meant I kind of was interested enough.

But he seems to be spoiled with women’s attention and I guess scattered minded and I don’t feel much pursued. I feel interest but not enough.

I already dated that hot guys in the past and I know better not to fall into that trap. I wonder if I should go on that 4th date at all or just tell him that I don’t see him putting enough effort and I am not interested to proceed?

What should I tell him? And is that a good enough reason to stop seeing him?

He put in a lot of effort already for you. Make sure your minimum standard is not maximum effort or perfection, because then you will never be satisfied.

On the other hand, it is good to want to be pursued. So my suggestion is to ask him where he is at. Tell him you are feeling a loss of connection and interest, but not sure if you are picking it up accurately. And tell him that if he is still interested in you, then you are ready to receive him and reflect your own feelings back.

It sounds like you are best to end things with him , especially if he isn’t giving the same or equivalent effort that you are giving to him , it sounds like he is weighing his options and that he has other girls’ he is pursuing as well. So my advice is to never be a convenience to anyone , especially when pursuing a relationship with someone , so find yourself someone that makes you their top priority the same way you do for them.

It might be better if you wait a little longer. Maybe something important is going on in his life and that’s why he is busy and maybe He is not telling you. You can’t really know without getting to know him better. If you think he is a good person, keep going until you know him more closely. And talking to someone while also talking to someone else doesn’t feel right , at least to me. Do the right thing and wait to see what life brings Im sure life will bring you very good things

I say go with your gut. If you feel like he isn’t fully interested in you then you can end things. Also, if you are not fully interested in him then it’s best to end it as well.

It's always fair to end things if you're not getting out of the relationship what you think you should be getting.

Now you're not going to date him anymore because he is somehow lacking clarity, when you yourself are lacking clarity as well.
