Should I follow my gym crush on Instagram or is that creepy?

There's a girl at my gym that I have a crush on, and I recently found her Instagram. We've greeted each other a few times, but we've never actually talked. I'm thinking about following her, but I'm worried it might seem weird since we don't have any mutual friends.

I also feel like we've exchanged glances a few times, but honestly, I'm not sure if that's actually a thing or if I'm just being delusional.

Yes, it is creepy to follow someone that has no idea why you follow them simply because you are lusting for them. Besides stealing glances from time to time, you know strictly nothing about that person and yet, you want to follow her on social media. What are you hoping for if you follow a total stranger on a social media. It is one thing to follow a public person that has thousands of followers and to follow a stranger just because you have a crush on them.

It would be much wiser to know that person better and interact with her. The fact that you found her social media is also a sign that you have actively stalked her and that in itself is a huge red flag.
