I do the personality check before the dating begins, the dating is just the processing work that prepares me for marriage.

And when I do a personality check, one of the first things I look for is toxic or violent signals that suggest they could try to harm me or my future kids in a later marriage. Another thing I look for is sings of sexual immorality and signs of lying and disloyalty.

I also look at their ability to make me happy, which means, I consider how open minded they are to competing and contradictory views, how inclusive they are in their social and logical conclusions, how permissive they are with others when they do not know all the facts and face knowledge gaps where some things cannot be explained, and I look at how much etiquette and respect they are willing to show me.

I also look at how they manage money because I do not want somebody who wastes money and I do not want somebody who is stingy or cruel with their money either. And then I look at lifestyle equilibrium, whether they can handle me, and whether I can handle them.

Good times, honesty and integrity, good communication skills, and shared interests and values are what they want. Sadly, they can be crafty with putting on an act until their material goes stale, and then their true self comes out.

Funnily enough, men on here will always throw any blame onto women.

My father used to say that when you first start dating somebody you should check out their teeth, If they have bad teeth they probably do not take very good care of themselves. If they do not take care of themselves, they probably will not take care of you either.

a lot of women put up an act. Plays the role she thinks you want her to play. Because the reality is she just operating from a script she does with every guy. She's not really interested in you and she filling the gap till "something better" comes along.
