How would you test a girl to see if she's wife material?

Well I am not going to set tests for wifeyness but I am going to notice reactions to those life throws at her.

If she easy goes into broken record mode it's a no. You really want a girl to be consolable. If after you think you are making progress she jumps to the stuck track that is not livable with. In general a girl needs to be livable with.

Genuinely nice is a criteria because it is a verifiable umbrella of wifey qualities. If she denigrates others she will denigrate me eventually. Eventually I will disappoint her in some way so I will note her reactions to that. How collaborative and cooperative she is in resolving issues.

I will also be noting ego and entitlement because both of those are exact opposites of wifey goodness. After I disappoint her, does she negotiate a make up for it treat?

A recent addition is how much she needs novelty because a girl that needs novelty is going to want a novel man sooner or later for more excitement.

Test? That's weird and manipulative. You get to know her over time, see how she handles real situations, conflict, stress, and how she treats people when nobody's watching. That's not a test, that's just paying attention. Big difference.

If she wasn't raised in a way that prepares her for a healthy marriage, then it's very likely she isn't wife material. Of course, there are exceptions. Some women come to form their own views after childhood through study, reflection, or life experience.
