Both things are subjective. One person will rate anothers personality and looks differently than the next might. So my answer is no. They will be attractive to me in both ways or I won't have interest.

Personality wins, but I do have some standards of appearance, mostly just a reasonably healthy weight. The hottest woman I dated was 170cm, 80kg, brilliant, funny, kinky. I still miss her.
